  Queens Court staff made our stay amazing. They were extremely helpful in booking tours, taxis and were full of information about Cairns. The ladies in the kitchen during breakfast were also very nice and helpful. They filled up our water bottles every morning for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the hot water never ran out. It was a little bit of a walk to get to Espalande St where all the restaurants and social activities were but every time we made the walk we found something new to see and explore. Next time we visit Cairns we will be staying here again.

  Front desk folks were top notch - efficient, cheery and helpful. Breakfast is adequate - canned fruit, cheap juice, decent cereal selection, cold milk for that and warm milk ready for coffee/tea, five or six different spreads for toast. Cooked-food option, but we were fully on budget. If the kitchen staff are as solid as the front desk, it's probably fine!

  It's a good hotel. The location is central and near to the Aquarium, the Esplanade and other good places. The rooms are comfortable but aren't clean everyday. You need to share the toilet but it's clean. The service is really good and the staff is friendly.

  Overpriced for a budget room in B Block, small, hot, air con noisy, no help with luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

  Had a budget room on the top floor and ants were constantly rambling around our countertop/fridge area.
