  Great experience with most of the staff, only one nurse was rude when she called my name and I was gathering my things to get up she told me to hurry up, I understand there are alot of patients to see but It sometimes takes a lot of courage to attend certain appointments for people. However, my doctor I was seeing was very nice and made me feel at ease and comfortable she gained my trust and I felt good to return for follow up appointments (which is a big deal for me)

  Great service from phone reception to doctors care of duty. Having recently moved to cairns, it's great to find a local reliable team. Special thanks to Dr Arni for the extra research and time post appointment to ensure the right procedures in place for my little boy! It means a lot.

  Great service! Very friendly, compassionate, and non-judgemental. Good value for the price, though I was confused about what was included and what was extra based on the website. Easy to get results over the phone.

  Love the place, and especially appreciate that my doctor (the lovely Dr Fiona Delaney) still discusses ME to the "Head Honcho" Dr. Bennett, I think it shows a genuine care and concern, also highlights what a great memory Dr. Bennett has! Yes sometimes Dr Delaney does run late, but that is always due to her genuine concern for her patients. I've never felt rushed, she's so kind.
